Thank you for your purchase.

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty protects the original customer from defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product. In order to be covered by the warranty, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Damages from normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of God are not covered under these warranties. For more detailed information on our coverage, please click here.

How to Submit Your Claim

To accurately determine if your repair request is covered, please complete the Warranty Claim Form located directly below.

Please keep the following in mind when filing:

Proof of Purchase: You must attach or provide a copy of your receipt to the form below to validate your claim.

One Item Per Claim: Each submission is for one item only. If you have multiple items, please submit a separate claim request for each one.

Shipping & Handling: Standard shipping and handling fees apply to all claims.

Returns: For warranty claims resulting in a discount offering, the product being replaced does NOT need to be returned to Chase Harper USA.
