If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include all product inserts and accessories. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and passes inspection, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return fails inspection, we will send you an email to notify you on how to correct the return if possible and/or the rejection of your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If the original purchased item is unused and in the same condition, an exchange can be made for an item that is of equal or lesser value to the original purchased item. If the original purchased item is of greater value to the newly desired item, the cost difference will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment after the exchange has been made. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
