Please read the Chase Harper USA Warranty Policy below before submitting a warranty claim
Chase Harper USA warrants its product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials including seam failure and fabric separation, under normal use and conditions for the life of the product. Chase Harper USA agrees to repair any defect in material/workmanship or provide a discount of 50% for
new item in exchange for the defective item based on the customers preferred warranty claim resolution. Such repair or replacement is subject to prior inspection of the defect or malfunction by an authorized Chase Harper USA representative before a claim can be justified. All necessary shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
Additionally, please note if you opt for a replacement bag, a photo depicting that the Chase Harper USA Label on your item is cut as proof of destruction will need to be provided. (See photo below for reference.) To expedite the claim process, this proof of destruction photo can be uploaded within the warranty submission.

To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, Chase Harper USA disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by Chase Harper USA regarding any warranty repairs or discounted exchanges. Please retain invoices to prove authenticity of purchase when requesting a repair examination/warranty claim.
