Shipping
We use UPS and USPS to deliver domestic packages and DHL for international orders. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 2-4 business days. Some seasonal delays may occur. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and package size.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include all product inserts and accessories. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.ย

Exchanges
If the original purchased item is unused and in the same condition, an exchange can be made for an item that is of equal or lesser value to the original purchased item. If the original purchased item is of greater value to the newly desired item, the cost difference will be refunded after the exchange has been made.
